1. Agreement to Terms

By installing and using OneClick Forum ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access or use the App.

2. Description of Service

OneClick Forum is a Shopify app that provides forum functionality for your online store. Features include:

  • Customer discussion forums
  • Product-specific Q&A sections
  • Moderation tools
  • Email notifications
  • Analytics and reporting

3. Account Terms

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring all account information is accurate and current
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Post harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • Spam or harass other users
  • Attempt to breach security measures
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
  • Collect user information without consent

5. Billing and Payment

5.1 Pricing Plans

We offer multiple pricing tiers. Current prices are displayed in the Shopify App Store and within the app. All payments are processed through Shopify's billing system.

5.2 Free Trial

Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You may cancel anytime during the trial period without charge.

5.3 Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed monthly through your Shopify invoice. Charges are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content posted in your forums. By using the App, you grant us a license to store, display, and process this content as necessary to provide the service.

You are responsible for all content posted in your forums and must ensure it complies with applicable laws.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content (excluding user content) are owned by OneClick Forum and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data and complying with applicable privacy laws including GDPR.

9. Service Level and Support

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support is provided via email during business hours. Premium plans receive priority support.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONECLICK FORUM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OneClick Forum from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the App will be disabled
  • Forum data will be retained for 30 days
  • No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles.
